Therapy is most beneficial when it's consistent, which is why I typically recommend weeklysessions, especially in the beginning. Meeting weekly allows us to build a strong therapeuticrelationship and create momentum toward your goals. As therapy progresses, we can alwaysdiscuss adjusting the frequency based on your needs and what feels most supportive.
Everyone's needs are different, so the length of therapy varies from person to person. Someindividuals feel comfortable ending therapy once a specific goal or challenge has been achieved, while others choose longer-term therapy as they continue to grow, gain insight, and exploredifferent areas of their lives.
I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Optum, and Kaiser Northern California. If you plan to useKaiser insurance, you'll first need to obtain a referral through Kaiser. My Kaiser appointmentsare provided through Grow Therapy.

Please do your best to provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel an appointment.Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no shows, are subject to a fee. For private-pay clients, the fee is the full session rate. For clients using insurance, the fee is $75.Fees do not apply to same-week reschedules.Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, providing advance notice helpsme offer that time to another client whenever possible. I understand that emergencies happen andwill approach those situations with compassion and flexibility.
