When looking fine doesn’t feel fine
Pain has a way of quietly settling into the background of our lives. We tell ourselves we'll deal with it later, stay busy, and keep moving forward. Over time, what was once pushed aside can leave us feeling exhausted, hopeless, and disconnected from the life we are hoping to live. I believe healing begins when we acknowledge the emotions we've learned to suppress.
Together, we'll explore what's beneath the surface with curiosity and compassion, helping you deepen your self-awareness, strengthen your self-worth, build the capacity to navigate life's challenges and difficult emotions, and live a more authentic life. The goal isn't to become someone new. It's to reconnect with the person you've always been beneath the buried emotions and protective patterns that once kept you afloat.
Hello, I'm Rachel
I support adults navigating depression, life transitions, and challenges such as feeling lost, hopeless, irritable, or disconnected. Using a trauma-informed, non-judgmental approach, I work collaboratively with clients of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences to foster a deeper connection to their whole selves, increase self-awareness and self-worth, and build the capacity to navigate discomfort and other difficult emotions.
